A spot finally opened so we will be there this Sunday. Par for the course since we are set to ink a contract on the boat. It looks like a good weekend for fishing so at least we can spill a little blood on her for the first time in 6 months. As a side note, these boats do not like to sit unused.

If I understand what you're saying: You have found a buyer for your boat, you're accepting their written offer, then you're going to go ahead and use the boat for the weekend?

I guess Tod is a Giants fan. never consider it done until its actually done. If something happens to the sale the weekend is lost. If something happens to the boat the sale may or may not be lost but I would say life goes on. Having a boat that you don't use is a sin.

Yep, that sounds about right. I have to move the boat anyhow so we might as well have a little fun.

Scott, yes we got one at Cape. They only gave me 2 days to accept the slip so it happened pretty quick. We will fish from Stuart to Sebastion on Sat. It looks to pick up to 3-4' on Sun. so we should be in around mid day.

Where'd you find a slip? Right now they're hard to come by...especially with New Port Marina builing all new privately owned slips, the west basin is a mess. If you need a hand up there, let me know.
