After nearly 10 year of ownership the major electrical and mechanical repairs have mostly been completed. We moved on to the interior which was very tired.

New carpeting, furniture, blinds, batroom upgrades.....

The last interior jobs were the floors and the front bow rails. Here are some photos taken on Sydney Harbour.....

Looks fantastic. Sure is fun and rewarding to bring these old girls back to beauty!

Looks great, I guess I need to come back again to see it in person. It’s amazing how good those Parker floors can look when taken down to bare wood and refinished.

Looks great! And so much better than what many do by covering everything in those awful plastic, fake wood floors from the big box home improvement center.
