Is that the 65 that was for sale with the engine that needs to be replaced? Congrats on the new adventure--I have always loved the 65 Convertibles.

I THOUGHT that bridge looked familiar!! Glad someone is going to attempt this resuscitation.

Hopefully we get to follow along, either here or on FB.

Good luck to the new owners, that's an awesome boat! Always loved the look of those 80's, Enclosed Bridge convertibles.

Congratulations on the "Outrageous"!

Keep us up to date on if/when your 53' might be for sale, there are those of us looking for a nice 53!

Good luck!

Hii..
I want to buy a new boat. the boat you are selling is old..? How many years you used it...if it has a good condition then I think about this.....
I have a boat but it some parts are not working properly I change my boat engine two times but it is not so good and I decide to buy a new one ....

I want new boat too. I just found a photo of your boat. Maybe you need more weight in bow.

Any one know what happened to this boat? Is it undergoing a restoration? I was hoping the new owners joined this forum and posted progress.

Outrageous is listed on marketplace for sale. Appears to be a different seller than the last person that bought her? The listing mentions the bad engine so not sure the story, or lack thereof

That's too bad. I could not find the listing. Disappointed that they haven't gotten it running again.

Appears the ad is gone, took a screenshot to show my father who loved that boat. He went to MD and looked at her a few years back when she was listed with a broker.

Below is a pic I took last Saturday of "Hardball", a similar 65C in Puerto Rico. Story is it's been "missing" a motor for over 14 years. You'll notice the list. Sad to see such an amazing looking boat, just rotting away, and surprising that it still looks this good from afar. (Sorry the picture is sideways)

The other is a picture my dad took of Outrageous, some years ago when he saw it on the hard in Maryland.
