I too need the same pump for my MDL4. Is it too hard to do the rebuild if the parts can be found? Also, are you looking for a core because yours is damaged? I’m going to pull mine off and be ready to either send it out or rebuild it myself based on the expert input here.

After reading a lot in a similar thread, I'd say you're looking at DIY. Not that sending it out isn't an option, but someone said the only place still doing rebuild/reman has a 6 month wait. From what I can see the DIY rebuild is not too complicated unless there's a bushing or shaft seal replacement, and a local machine shop may be able and willing to perform that task.
