Given your experience with the fuse... Mine has a temp, coolant level, and oil pressure sensor that will pop the fuse... You can jump the fuse... But until you rule out the underlying causes of the fuse popping (including the fuse itself) I wouldn't recommend it... Mine is an '87 and has an oil pressure guage mounted on it..but it may be a non-OEM deal, lots of folks here have a Harbor Freight IR temp gun..but if it's got good pressure, full coolant, running cool, replace the fuse and part on!
