I found various jugs of oil, in my garage locker, as follows:
- 1+ gals of Caterpillar SAEO 30 weight- this is the oil they sold for use in 3116 and 3126 engines.
- 1+ gals of Chevron Delo 400 30 weight. (this is their four-stroke diesel oil)
1+ means one full gallon plus a bit in an opened jug.
I have no idea where I got these. If you can use any of these and you're either in the Annapolis area or passing through, you are welcome to them or any that you need. I would rather not throw away unused oil, if possible. If I can't give them away, this fall I'll find a garage that heats using waste oil. I don't think I can put them in my home heating oil tank, safely.
