I replaced all hoses (oil, fuel, water) on my 671's. Made up lengths myself with new fittings. Using a bench vice and pre-lubing with oil works best. Re-routed Oil Filter hoses with slightly longer lengths to give me more room to remove filters. Found best prices at the time for both hose and fittings from www.aeroquip.cc. Make sure you get correct angle fittings and hose types.

I like the Parker lines over the Aeroquip lines. The smooth surface is easier to clean. I also think the Parker hose is a better product overall. Haven't priced them in a while but Parker was also less expensive.

Think allot of validity of what Jack said about smooth surface of Parker hoses. I used Aeroquip and they have an almost cloth like covering that will hold oil stains.

Parker, Aeroquip, same company.

Parker, Aeroquip, same company.

Is that just recently or were they always the same parent co? When I re-powered my 46C the yard doing the work wanted me to use Aeroquip lines. I wanted the Parker's. The Aeroquip rep gave me the hard sell and offered to meet Parker's pricing. I went with Aeroquip since the yard doing the work was reluctant to go with Parker. In hind sight I wish I used Parker.

Oops, sorry. It was Eaton, the other hydraulics fitting and hose manufacturer. Disregard.

Kelly Aerospace has pretty much bought up everybody in these areas. Not sure if they own Aeroquipt but I wouldn't be suprised.

Parker-Hannefin stores will also make up new lines for you, if you bring the old ones in to them. In Annapolis, there is a local PH store that does it.
