Oil line hoses DD 6-71

1979 43 Double Cabin with natural DD 6-71s. The braided hoses running from the oil filter to the oil pump have begun to seep oil. Has anyone replaced these hoses? Do you have part numbers? Johnson & Towers says they have no replacements and that a machine shop should be able to fabricate and match. Thxs for any thoughts.

Any hydraulic hose shop can copy/make up whatever you need.
