Nobeltec IR2 radar problem

Can anyone help with this problem? I'm unable to run my nobeltec IR2 ..it will will come up on very small screen if I run automatic set up and I can here it running but will not power up on the normal size screen...of course nobeltec no longer supports this system since it was installed in 2004.

Any suggestions for computer whiz or electronics whiz repair guy in Cape May area..Utschs marina?

Ok got the answer....it turns out my virus blockers....windows security and McAfee were interfering with the heading sensor data. So I shut down the windows security and removed the mcafee program....restarted the computer...voila.....radar back up and running!
