NOAA is doing some cool stuff. For you Great Lakes cruisers, there's a reallly good NOAA wind and waves forecast site that is better than the usual NOAA stuff. Go here:

Then, for example, click on "Great Lakes Waves" and then click on the "Jump To" and scroll to "waves forecast". It brings up a great graphical wave height foercast that goes hour by hour for up to 120 hours out, or click on the animated version and it runs the graphics from one hour to 120 hours out.
This is as good as the ones for Florida and the Bahamas.
