Click on the last option on photobucket and it will format your pics as I have done for you. Quote this and you'll see what I mean.

OK, now that I've fixed Willie's pics, I hope everybody had a nice 4th. I went out on my brother's boat and watched boat races and fireworks in my small home town of Kingston, TN. I didn't pack a camera, but I did take a few fireworks shots with my iPhone. I'll post them later if they turned out worth a crap.

we spent the day on our boat at the sandbar off Key biscayne, Angela and Mario also showed up and anchored nearby...

Angela, who still has that silly idea that Sanctuary is too big for her skills, came in and anchored like a pro. All smooth, set the hook on the first try, no drama, no running around, no yelling like so often seen on july 4th! she brought the boat back into the slip like a pro as well, first time she does it without Ed or me on the boat... happy to see that neither of us are needed anymore!!

for the evening, we went out on Sanctuary (I was the designated captain) ,arrived a little late to anchor out, after the show we ended up rafting up to Mario's 58 for the post show party.

it was the first day with nice weather in 2 weeks!

Now if only the wind coudl pick up today so we could go sailing with the hobie 16!!! moon is almost full tonight and we want to do some full moon sailing!

I had a wonderful July 4. Yes, I did take Sanctuary out on my own, and I've taken her out a couple of other times without Ed or Pascal, but yesterday was the first time I didn't have a "seasoned right arm" on the boat who could get me out of any mess I might have gotten into. I took her out to the sandbar for a few hours, and then back to the dock (docked her myself!) and then we left for the fireworks. Sanctuary was a gentle pussy cat - no stress on my part at all. I really enjoyed it. In fact, when we came back from the fireworks, I asked Pascal if I could put her back in the slip. Piece of cake!!!

While out at the fireworks, I think we picked up every mosquito in Miami. The swarm onboard is quite unbelievable. I've never seen anything like it. I was up until 4:30 ish killing them, and I'm still killing them.

I spent the day with good friends in the marina docked. Then we all went to a bigger hatteras owned by a friend even closer to the barges. My guess.... We were at most 300-400 yards from the Macy's Barges. What a sight and the kid loved it too!!!!

Hmmm, I love tater tots. :D

Don't give up on photobucket Willie as it's really easy unless you're dumb. Then it just takes some guidance. Given how many pics you post, you really should use it to keep them from disappearing on here. As for photo size, you just have to specify the size you want BEFORE you upload from your computer.

It also works better to use their bulk loader for multiples. The most important part is choosing the proper format. Just click on the option that begins with

Here you go Willie, this one was uploaded in "large" size (640 x 480). Not a great shot seeing as how it was taken with my iPhone, but you get the idea.

That shore is a purdy'n. !! As of the other day, I have over 200 megs of pics. You guys only get to see the boat pics ;-)) !! I keep all the stuff on a 500 MEG external hard drive. If I'd get off my lazy bum, I'd take it with to the boat but then I'd hafta crank them into FB and nobody looks anymore anyway... WAHHH !!!
Thanks for the instructions tho... ws

Try not to make fun of the shirt! It was the spare on board put into service after hauling wet rottweiler/mutt. My brother, his wife and dog came over on their boat. Was too rough to tie up so they anchored nearby and rowed over in dink. My brother and dog fell in trying to get onto swim platform so I had to jump on dink and pull dog in – my brother had it coming and was on his own! All part of the fun and festivities.
