Need to replace cutlass bearings?

I think your propeller tips are causing the problem. We had the same issue several times after having
the props serviced. All it took to stop it was to either run at higher rpms or better is to break the sharp
corners from the prop tips with a file. A couple of strokes should be plenty. It worked for us.

I will try that Saturday and let you know...thank you!!

I had a diver go down and file the tips of the prop flukes on Saturday. The port side noise went away easily...he did The same thing on the starboard side but it did not go away. I had him take the GoPro camera down and he filmed the cutlass while another diver turned the prop by hand. You could definitely hear the whistle noise when he turned it. Also looks like I might have hit the sandy bottom just a little on the starboard side. Port side seems to be fixed but filing the tips didn't work on the starboard side.

I guess it is two different issues.
