Need Raritan head help

Master head was slow to drain(old style Raritan). So I got the idea to rebuild it. First changed the Joker valve. it was a mess and needed changing. Flush was really no better so did the black water part. Had some rubbing on the impeller as it was loose on the shaft.

Now no water transfer almost seems like it is airlocked.

Good flow to tank
bowl fills fine
tank is empty

Ideas?

If it's a Crown model, there is a rebuilt exchange available. Change the bowl from old too new and send back the core for refund. Takes around an hour to do. Easy peazy.
