Hint: This is a State of Michigan harbor.

Looks like it could be St. ignace, but I don't see the bridge or fuel shack in the background. Possibly Pentwater?

It looks a little like Rock Hall or Tolchester. I know it isn't any of those, but it does resemble them a bit.

Hint: boat in photo hanging on wall is a Rybovich....

And I STILL can't figure it out.....:(

That would be "The Rift" running from "Lake of the Isles" up to the "Canadian Middle Channel". It's a great dink ride along the U.S. Canadian border across from Alexandria Bay. Hatt's need not apply, but are welcome at places like Bonnie Castle etc..

I was thinking that's where it was but never got around to posting it. It always freaks me out when going through there how big those rocks below you are. Never been through there in a big boat, but I've water skied through there as a kid. I have spent the night on the hook in Lake of the Isles.

I thought and did the same thing Jack. The current in the water was the tell tale for me. I used to run the rift in my 30' CC, and went through there 100s of times working on the tour boats. I spent summers growing up on the river, I still miss it, it's a gorgeous place.

What do you mean Hatts need not apply? I saw my dream boat a 41' hatt convertable, in Alexandria Bay when Hatts were unknown yet. Wanted one all my life, I finally got a 42'. You won't do the rift with a flybrodge or a large yacht, you won't get under the bridge. It really is narrow 16' might be too much beam, but plenty of water depth, the current runs about 15 knots if my memory still works right.

The reason I said the Hatt's need not apply is because there are some tight shallow passages as I recall. If you want to do it, go fer it! But let us all know so we can be there and take video. ;)

Any guesses on this one?

That's two 'l"s and yes you cheated. :)

How did I cheat? I've been there! Mike P could have answered this correctly as well. Not sure anyone else here would get it. Sheesh!

You got a point there.

Based on the Bimini guess and process of elimination, I'll swag Cat Cay even though I have never been there.

South Bimini to be precise, Bimini Beach Club. Heres another one....
