mtc-IV a/c control not working properly

Hi All, the 38 Hatteras that i'm purchasing, the salon unit seems to cool but the control has a mind of it's own and the forward stateroom unit display comes on but gives an II2 error. any thoughts as to what to check or cost to replace controls if that sounds like that issue, etc?

Hi all, I have sorta had these working for a bit and now the salon one doesn't power on. There is a wire coming out of the top of the control box behind that's isn't plugged into anything. I can't trace. The wire coming from the control down the wall due to access. Any thoughts?
