Ron, what is yours doing wrong? Just reading zero?
The face is custom, but the range is set by a flat ceramic resistor (2-5 Watts?) between two screw terminals on the back.
Tightening the nuts stresses the ceramic, and over time it can crack and open circuit.
Use an ohm meter to get the approximate value from your good meter and get a resistor of appropriate value from Radio Shack; I think I used 2 watt power rating.
Probably you cannot get the exact ohms you need so get a little higher value. This can be used to confirm operation.
Finally, you can add a second resistor in parallel to get precise voltage; it does not need to be high wattage.
