OK, I'll let the rest of you (who don't already know) in on this one. I listed my 58 with Pat a couple of years ago, and he made the mother of all typo's when he wrote up the bit for YachtWorld.

I didn't save a copy, but among the many things he said about my boat, he said it needed to be "fuxed up". When I pointed out the boat was already fuxed up, he got a bit tickled and said he would change it. True to his word, he fixed my fuxed, and it only took about 3 months.
