ISO Hatteras 53 MY or 48, 52 Sundeck Style

If anyone knows of an upcoming sale on a Hatteras 53 motoryacht or 48 or 52 sundeck style please let me know
Or if you have any insight to any already listed on yachtworld/boattrader please contact me. The closer to the TN river system the better.
We need a 3 stateroom with open sundeck style. Open to other brands but obviously prefer Hatteras
The 53 M/Y in Florence AL is IMO priced a little high for the things I'd want to do to her. I saw it, nice inside but outside needs some work.
The one in Nashville I saw in person, very nice condition but under contract.
Not sure about the one in Louisville but was told it's a 6/10 type.

I would suspect that the Florence Hat has location, location, location value. I watched an episode of House Hunters last night that showed crappy houses in that area that used to be $40k (at best!) now asking in the mid $300,s and New Yorkers happily buying them.

I completely believe that on location. I'm selling one of my farms and buying a small 1400 sq ft house to live in while we build on the other farm... and it was $100k 3 years ago, now $250k. Florence is a nice area though. Not a great area for boating/swimming to me though. Pickwick is nice, Kentucky Lake is nice, Chickamauga and Watts Bar are nice but the lakes in between Pickwick and Chickamauga aren't for me.

i visited the one in Louisville last weekend. 6-10 is about right, The owner is looking to sell before the winter.
