The 00Z early guidance models have shifted some three hundred miles WEST. There is a problem with the initialization in the models in that there are multiple centers -- it appears that everything has locked on tonight.

I normally wouldn't think too much of this but a lot of people on the far left side of the original guidance may have being rather cavalier about this storm.

You might want to take a second think on that.

Note that this is NOT the official forecast but if these models stay this far left the official track is going to shift pretty quickly.

Genesis thoughts appear to be supported by the latest models posted on weatherunderground where 4 out of 6 models predict landfall West of 91Lon.

Re Isaac Hayes, hope we don't get the shaft.
