Just wanted to let everyone know that this weekend is the Madisonville Wooden & Classic Boat Festival. It is also turning out to be a pre/mini Gulf Coast Rendezvous because we have Jack (Mambeaux) and BigBill in attendance! Anyone else in the general area (~40 miles north of New Orleans) should come to the show. There are many Hatteras' here and even a few in the show!
The weather is GORGEOUS and we have been haveing a great time. Brought Sweet Melissa out on Thursday and will return Monday. My friend Robert who has a 74' Hatt (Tuff Life) is here but was on his boat at CDR last week! He loved it but is missing his boat this weekend.
I know it's short notice, but it just happened! Hope to see some new faces.
