Can a purchased pre-mix of antifreeze be used as hynautic fluid for my engine throttle and transmission selection system?

This is what I used when doing a 100% rebuild of all components in the Hynautic engine and transmission controls. Same year boat. Was a couple years ago but at the time, this was the closest composition I could find (compared MSDS of a number of options to Hynautic coltrol fluid that seems to be much less available at this time).
