I am rebuilding my reservoirs due to air leaks. I bought the RS01 kit from teleflex which is supposed to rebuild these but the main gaskets they provide are the wrong size. I've dealt w/ them to no avail. They provide two orings for the end caps which are too big. What I need is a smaller flat gasket for the end caps. Question is anyone have this issue before?? Also how would I make a rubber gasket to fit into a machined groove? The groove is about 5/16 or 1/4 wide ...........Pat

Sorry to hear that. I rebuilt mine recently with the H20 kit. The kit worked perfectly and the tec was helpful and patient.

I don't know where you live but find a gaskit company and bring the old ones or the covers with you and have new ones made, often if you take this route first you can save up to 80% of OEM parts and it's just as good. Look for Gardico, Anchor or Omni packing.
