I notice that a number of us are using the "reply" button at the bottom of the last reply, instead of the "new reply" button at the bottom of the whole thread. That forces a lengthy quote of the last reply at the start of the new reply and makes the whole thing too long and too hard to read. View the "Cost of Maintenance" thread as an example. When we click on "New Reply" at the bottom instead, it just adds only our reply.
It's a nice feature to be able to reply to a specific reply above and quote it, but we're misusing the button as if it were the "New Reply" button. I don't know if you should change the name of the "Reply to Reply" button or just issue a training thread about this.
