There's a lot of variables like location, location and location. Also what power and history on the boat. 3 to 6 months is not unrealistic.

Depends on size and price. Different markets for different sizes and prices.

We don't have the cost of winterizing down here so it's not hunting season.

We find more visitors coming winter/spring to escape the cold up north.

I also see larger and higher dollar boats sell better around ft Lauderdale, mid size mid priced do well in this area.

Is the used boat market recovering? Or is there a continued weakness?

I agree with the 3 -6 month time frame to sell a good boat, well maintained, and fairly priced.

It seems like Hatteras boats hold their value better than other brands. Also, having a forum like this one is a tremendous advantage, IMO.

I have really enjoyed reading the older posts, and I have learned a great deal. You guys are great!
