Home wall oven replacement

Always lots of good info here so I'm looking for any advice, good/bad/ugly on a new wall oven. I'm leaning towards a 30" Bosch combination top-micro/convection and bottom convection. I've looked at the higher end stuff (Wolf, Viking) but don't see the value for the big $$$ up charge, maybe I'm wrong. Also thinking a warming drawer, never had one so I'm not sure if I'll use it or not, thoughts welcome.

I'm all Viking at the house, but I'm underwhelmed with the quality. I bought, but have not installed a Gaggenau oven for the boat. It may be junk, but it does look cool, and its side opening like the Galleymaid

I had double-convection Vikings in Chicago in my house and I REALLY miss them.

If I ever do a redesign in the kitchen here they're going in. It makes any sort of "dinner + dessert" thing really, really easy.
