Hey, threaten all you want, I'm really lonely these days and need little excuse to hit the road or the airways. Remember, 'birds fly north when the weather warms up!

BNL Weather
46° F | Wind: 8 mph | Humidity: 58%

Well this feels like summer today :D
Its getting much better so start flying just make sure the Boat is in before you land.

I knew the BIRDS built in homming device would get him back home someday :D Like a homeing pigeon he always comes back :D We had some beers on the boat yesterday and got a call from Carol and husband from Sarasota area (LRC Club ) they are in Naples now. We where to meet up but haven't yet. It would be nice to check out there LRC but I think the BIRD scared them away :o just kidding they where tired from the trip down to Naples, so hopfully we'll meet soon.

. . . spent the night with Angela on "Sanktuary" along with Ed.

Freebird spent the night on Sanctuary, but not WITH me (nor with Ed for that matter)! I was two locked doors removed from the Bird - he was in the crew, and I was in the master, about 50' feet away which is the most distance I can stretch in that boat. Ed was in one of the guest rooms guarding the companionway!

I told the Bird I didn't want any Bud Light left on the boat (because I'm a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale girl and don't want all that Bud Light taking up precious refrigerator space!) and it was his job to make sure it was gone. That said....I just can't turn someone out to drive who helped me make sure none was left. So, we offered him the crew berth.

Just wanted to make that perfectly clear..... :D

Randy, glad you're back and still well and humorous. I told you FF had a personality disorder or three! TWilie

Welcome back my friend....You were truly missed, again!

Howddddy, and welcome back. You know you loose the love when you do not get to drive the boat. All work and no play makes a Hatteras a PITA.

LL wrote you a song..... :D

Don't call it a comeback
I been here for years
Rockin my peers and puttin suckas in fear
Makin the tears rain down like a MON-soon
Listen to the bass go BOOM
Explosion, overpowerin
Over the competition, I'm towerin
Wreckin shop, when I drop these lyrics that'll make you call the cops
Don't you dare stare, you betta move
Don't ever compare
Me to the rest that'll all get sliced and diced
Competition's payin the price
Oh Lord, please tell me that's not a rap song. Otherwise you just may be hearing from Wejus B. Kiddin again!

PLEASE let there be a steel guitar in there somewhere else I'm gonna have to go play that boy some Skynyrd to drive out the demons in his head. I can deal with country... Redneck Yacht Club maybe, but rap is what I figure they play in hell. Any chance that's a country song by Loretta Lynn (LL)?

I've kinda been thinking of renaming the boat, one of them, again. Freebird is alright, but now it seems kinda jinxed. Maybe Simple Man would have been a better choice. Somebody sing it quick before I have to head to Orlando with my windows down to find this poor misguided soul who wrote me a rap song.

Rap or not, I appreciate the thought! :D

Son, let me tell you, ole' Byron is the model of singlemindedness compared to that boy!

Quote ThirdHatt, "Hey Freebird, hand me a beer but let's talk about the construction of the can and how the beer would be useless without it." :D

Quote FF, "Hey Freebird, stop by on the way down and we'll have a beer. Then I'll shoot you in the back for trespassing and theft you @#$%&"! Man, I think I need to introduce him to somebody else I know.

Just kiddin' there Byron ole' Buddy. You give as good as you get, unless of course you mess with the master!

Hey TW, I hate to be a stickler, but didn't you spell your name wrong? :D

Okay Angela, I wasn't going to say anything, but you snore! :D

I'm sorry I locked you in your cabin, but even after all that beer you made me drink, I am still a married man you know. :p

Now, do you have any idea how hard it was for me not to mess with your quote?

Alright, ya'll know I have a hard time not responding in one on one style. Kinda like going to a party and telling everybody, "Hey, ya'll say everything you want to say to me, then I'll give ya'll a group answer and hope it fits all your questions and comments".

In the interest of brevity, let me just say once again that I truly do appreciate each and every one of you who took the time to say nice things on this thread in public. The private stuff is really what made me homesick.

Now then, let's talk about coffee temperature, "expresso", big waves, and politics! Y'ont to?

Hi Randy, Well I see that the good Govenor of Florida did not have to mobilize the National Guard so you must have controlled yourself during boat week! Maybe it was a good thing I couldn't get away from work. LOL :D

No way, dude! That was Ed you were hearing. You weren't trying to snuggle up to Ed, now were you?

Now that I think about it, Randy is the only one who hasn't laid claim to fathering Anna Nicole's baby. Maybe that's why he is heading down to Florida, again...If I remember correctly, Anna Nicole had her baby about the same time Randy moved one of his boats down that way. Something you want to tell us Randy???

What can I say, I was cold and lonely, and I lost the key to the lock I put on your door. :p

Ed was kinda cute after all that beer you forced down me, but I wasn't quite that cold! I'm pretty lonely these days but not that lonely!

Sorry Ed, the money you spent on that nightie just didn't do it for me! :D

Please see the explanation given to Angela and Ed as to my sleeping habits with strangers.

Now if that baby of Anna Nicole's shows up saying "let's go for a ride on a big ole' Hatterus... y'ont to?", then maybe I'll have some splainin' to do to Michelle. I'm sure Ryan would love to have a baby sister.

Now then GuzBoy, do you understand now what I was trying to tell you a while back!

Yeah, I reckon you were late for your spelling class too! :D

Hey Randy, yes and no on the misspelling. The double L was already taken when I got an email address so I had to settle for one L. The 2 meant Jr. Glad you're back and not sparing with FF. TWilie
