Hey who owns Hattrick in Clearwater, FL? Anyone in Clearwater?

I am looking at a boat and noted Hattrick right beside it. I would love to chat with them about this Marlow next door. This boat has been for sale for a while, and recently was under contract, then after survey/sea trial for whatever reason was not taken. Just maybe the owner of Hattrick could tell me more.
