I could do Viking funerals as that one does have a hearse look to it. The 70CMY is among my favorites though.

Seems inexpensive for the year and size.

its a repo I would hate to feed it

He's been under the weather the past week, so I had him at the doctor this afternoon. 6' tall and 227 lbs. now and will be 14 in June. I perked him up when I showed him that I bought a couple of Metallica tickets for their July show in Atlanta. We had seen RUSH the night before when we met you in Morehead. He had a big time hanging out with you, and so did I.

Looking at that boat again, it sure does have a lot of white. Was glad to see it just had some white covers on all the salon glass as it almost looked like it had been glassed in like a rock and roll tour bus. Not the floorplan I prefer, but it does look pretty nice. Okay, you talked me into it. You don't have to put a bow on it or anything. Thanks tIM. You can use it anytime you want, seeing as how you're buying it for me and Pucker.

They're actually not all that bad with the 71's. It's the 92's in that one that will eat you out of house and home. That's the same layout as our buddy's old one that I spent some time on. I was surprised how fast that thing would cruise. Best I recall, 1,800 RPM yielded 18-19 knots. Cruising at hull speed would be fairly economical.

I'm gonna be in Florida this weekend but probably nowhere near where that one is. I could sell the house and afford that one.

Really sorry to see Pucker feeling bad, Have you broke him in with the ladies? Where did all that size come from he is absolutely grown. Maybe you guys will make a swing through again during fishing time you will get a chance to run a douplicate SPELLBOUND headed to wilmington NC next friday. Getting rid of them DD putting the qsm11 in her belly. I was looking at cats 1000 is just to much HP for the stringers every one says we must change struts and shafts. To much money.

Yeah, he's discovered girls for sure. Let's just say I'm glad I grew up when things were easier (no pun intended) in that department. I'm learning all sorts of new terminology and having to look things up online to stay informed. He asks me questions that I have no idea how to answer. Back in my day, the biggest concern was whether or not a girl I liked had a boyfriend. Now you have to wonder if the girl you like likes girls. It's a mess. I swear, he grows an inch every couple of months. Where he'll stop, nobody knows. His nickname at school is BGG, which stands for Big Gentle Giant.

You know exactly what to expect out of those motors, thanks to Toby. Those things are sweet for sure. I'd say there's a REAL good chance of us heading to the OBX again this summer, and there's no way we'll come through there without looking you up. I thought about you when I was shooting ducks on Reelfoot Lake a few weeks ago, but we'll talk about that later.

Why do that repower when you can get a 2000's 50c with cats in it for probably 300-400k? You sure the m11 big enough to get performance you want? Those engines usually go in 45c and 46c.

I was actually skirting (no pun intended again) that particular issue, but it has been raised. It actually came up during one of his field trips where I asked if he would be able to sit beside this little girl he liked on the bus. He told me they made boys ride on one side and girls on the other. I asked if transgendered or yet to be decided kids had to sit in the aisle, and he got a giggle out of that. I asked if he had such kids in his school, and he said he thought there were a couple.

No way would I ever judge a kid for such a thing, but I'd dang sure question the parent(s) who thought it was in that child's best interest to make such a drastic and irreversible change at that age. I really didn't mean to take this thread into this area, but you can thank Hollywood and the liberal agenda for all this crap. Some of it may be from birth, but these kids are all but forced to explore "options" based on what they see in movies and on TV. I won't even get into the crap they were covering in his "teen living" class which he absolutely hated. It worked out (with some help) that he didn't have to stick that out for the third year in a row. Don't even get me started on what was being taught in that class this year.

Now then, let's get back to big Hatt's most of us can't afford before I get myself into trouble. I mean that's one thing that never changes for a lot of us. :D

Well, our society is truly funny. We have 30+ year old snowflakes living at home with mom/dad because they can't get a job or work at starbucks (a job for high schoolers). So essentially an entire group of of adult children that have failed to "grow up".

But then at the other end, we have 12 year old that know so much about the world and themselves that they are encourage to get permanent changes to their body that are not medically necessary. I'd say at least make folks wait until they are 18 and legally adults.

That's my feeling on the age subject too. How the heck can a kid make that or any other sort of decision about orientation before they even know what sex is outside of reading up on it or looking a photos? That doesn't even cover the subject of them having children of their own should they end up with a sex change.

Now then, I like the alternate floorplan of the 70CMY that has the his and hers heads in the master, and a centerline berth forward vs the bunk beds. I still like the lighter factory wood over the traditional teak too. I've been on both, and the lighter wood makes the boat seem much larger.

We can still talk about duck hunting and fishing if you like. Maybe a camo dingy would be a handy thing to have on that 70. :D

It looks horrible without a walk-around deck. And not functional. Seriously, does that extra 4 foot of inside space really make that much of a difference!???!! If you want to be inside, get a house.

I have a house. :)

It is a little bit of a pain not to have walk-around decks, but it makes a big difference in the feel of the salon. I like the way they did the bar on that one, and if not for the widebody salon, that would have been cramped to say the least.

Didn't some HOF members look at boats from NL and come away less than impressed? I don't recall hearing a lot of good things about that group, but maybe I'm confusing them with another boat repo firm.
