Hey, thinking outside the box beats living in one. Could be an eccentric millionaire who is just trying to "blend".

Who knows? That thing could be a combination of exotic hardwoods, granite, and Persian rugs below deck with some new CAT's in the ER. Most likely old cats lying on a blow up mattress in the master, but as long as they're happy...
