Heading for the Chesapeake for Labor Day Weekend will anyone be there????

Charm and I are heading for the Chesapeake tomorrow to spend the next two to three weeks. Will anyone be around over Labor Day Weekend????

Hustled back from Canada to check on "Bout Time" in Hampstead NC., just north of Wilmington. She survived Irene just fine and after contracting to have a little work done, we are heading to the Chessie for most of the month before returning to splash her and head for Florida and perhaps Puerto Rico next spring.

Would love stop by and make anyone one of my famous Ready Rabbit Margaritas. We are traveling in our 100 square feet of paradise we call "Camperlot".

Is Pinney Narrows on Kent Island???

Yes, Piney Narrows is on Kent Island. We will be out cruising. Normally we would be at the dock for labor day weekend - we don't like going out for Labor Day (or memorial day) weekend but our niece is visiting from college on that weekend and wants a boat ride...

In my experience, Labor/Memorial weekends seem to frequently turn into a shouting match with other boaters at some point.

I don't think it's me but hey, maybe...

Hey Mike, looks like you will have a wonderful weekend for cruising. We are not bringing Bout Time to the Chessie as originally planned earlier in the summer it was due to the heat, but now it has more to do with Hurricanes.

Perhaps we could get together next week sometime as we will be in that general area for a while.
