After hearing about the lock problem up on the Tennessee, I asked for help in locating a marina to dock FREEBIRD while those problems were being addressed by the USACE.

Looks like Pat and I are going to be neighbors! (bless his heart, he don't know what he's gotten himself into )

Yep, I'll be the resident redneck of Riviera Dunes Marina. Looks like a very nice place www.rdmarina.com. I just got off the phone with a fellow who owns a slip there, and he has agreed to my terms (payment up front and free beer) on an 8 month lease. Hell, I may just forget about sellin' ole' NANCY CAY in TN, and keep FREEBIRD in FL for good as my home away from home. That's the way you rich people do it ain't it?

Nope, but either way, he's going to be finished tomorrow. I'm going down to move FREEBIRD to her new home so that feller can have his dock back. Ill find a mechanic down there who is a little more punctual, I hope.

Hey all you Hatt members, if you or a friend are looking for a boat, give Pat a call. He's been very helpful, he is very knowledgeable about Hatts (owns one himself) as well as boats of lesser quality , and will be my go to guy when I'm in the market for another boat (maybe next week).
