This offer begins on October 27, 2008, and is good through December 31, 2008. It applies only to contracts signed during that time with an appropriate deposit for a new Hatteras Yacht that is currently in dealer inventory or factory stock. This offer does not apply to new boat builds, or brokerage (pre-owned) boats, nor does it apply to boats already under contract or in production. The final determination for eligibility, and the amount to be rewarded is at the sole discretion of

The American Express® Rewards Card can only be used within the United States. If you qualify for this program and do not live or boat within the United States, you may choose an alternate form of remuneration for your eligible amount. Options include a direct deposit into an existing American Express® Card account, or the application of this amount toward the final purchase of your new Hatteras Yacht. The customer is not eligible to receive the American Express® Rewards Card or any other form of remuneration attached to this program until the agreed upon terms of the contract are satisfied (including final payment, certificate of insurance, and transfer of title) and they have legally taken possession of the qualifying vessel.
