Some boats will arrive at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor East Marina on Wednesday, September 8th for a cocktail Party that night on the docks. Other boats will arrive Thursday.

The Classic Club’s Hatteras University starts Thursday morning at 9am, lunch and then again from 1pm to around 4pm. Thursday evening another cocktail party on the docks and then dinner at a local restaurant. Friday morning there will be more classes plus a presentation from a couple who bought at an auction a lighthouse in the bay that they are remodeling onto a second home. Friday afternoon are some optional things to do in Baltimore. Saturday morning classes resume at 9 am until the Club’s Annual Meeting at 10:30am. Saturday afternoon Hatteras owners can hold their boats open if they choose so other attendees and see their boat. The going away Dinner is Saturday Night with a short program.

Tom, did you negotiate a group rate? Regular rates are $3/ft + $15 for 50 amp on weekends.

First, I meant to say plan a trip after LABOR Day weekend.

Yes, I don't have the rates with me but they are lower than the regular rates.

Just got a text from the Dock Master, $2.50 per ft. For Inner Harbor that's pretty Good. .

We also have a room deal with the Marriott Courtyard on Aliceanna Street. The meetings room for the presentations are tbere also.
There will be an optional meal at a brew pub with a tour of the brewery. Optional walking tour of Fells Point for the Admirals and anyone else. There is a lot to see and do nearby for those who are i interested.

There is a tent that is probably around 20 x 40 on the docks for cocktail parties. We are thinking byob with us providing the ice to cut down on the registration fee. What is your opinion about byob for this? The tent will also be a meeting place and for anything else we want it for.

EVERYONE is invited. Owners, former owners, want to be s and anyone interested in Classic Hatteras's.

Per Active Captain, $2.50 is the regular weekday rate, so that is only a savings for the weekend and after the season, it's not much.

BYOB is fine with me, in fact I sort of prefer that. Looking forward to seeing the program.
