I have the mast in my shed. It is still available. Sorry about the late reply.
The wood is in good shape. The base needs to be re-chromed. It will need new gaskets between the 2 wooden parts, between the wood and metal base and between the base and the deck.
I can't remember how to attach pictures. I will figure it out and post some later.
