I have just had my second contact with Bennett. What a great outfit. They know their product and talked me through troubleshooting my trim tab problem. The first time was several years ago. They sent me the part we needed after we did their troubleshooting. The part was free and they paid the shipping. This morning I noticed a leak from the pump and resevoir tank. I drove the pump to their offices north of Ft. Lauderdale. Josh took my pump back to the service guys and within 5 minutes was back with a rebuilt unit in his hand. Again there was NO CHARGE. Their products work great and they support what they sell. Imagine having them honor a waranty exchange for a unit installed in 1986. WOW. What a great company.

Great story.... It raises the spirits to know that there are still some folks out there that know what "customer satisfaction" means. When you stop and consider just what it cost them in labor/parts to make you happy and compare that to the value of the PR they gained, it was a bargain for all involved.

I've had similar results with Bennett. Several years ago, I had a leaky cylinder on my old Chris Craft. Called them up to order a part and get some tech help, and 2 days later my new free cylinder showed up. Great company then. Nice to hear that they still are now.
