"Uncle Mike,
How many people over 30 does it take to change a light bulb?
Five! One to change the bulb and four to argue about how the old light bulbs were better!"
I thought that was pretty funny and that it could easily be modified to ask "How many classic Hatt owners does it take..."
She's 21 and a Junior at GW U in DC. Last Oct she came out to the boat and, at lunch was complaining about how stupid some "old people" are that are in one of her classes. I asked her how old they were, thinking she might say 50 or something like that. But her response, as serious as a heart attack, was, "I think they might be in their 30's." "That old?" I responded, "I'm surprised they can think clearly enough to find their way to class."
Oh well, when I was her age, the mantra was "Don't trust anyone over 30" so I guess nothing has really changed.
