Spectacular boat...there is so much room down below, I think I'd want an open bridge, too... did that model even come with an open bridge? Anyway, it's a great-looking boat; the crew stateroom is bigger than all the interior space I have.

The 65 is a huge boat, but it's easy to run. The cabin space is huge. All the staterooms and heads are very roomy. There's even a jacuzzi tub in the master. 6'9" of headroom throughout and over 6' in the ER. The enclosed bridge is bigger than it looks. There is an open bridge but most were delivered with the enclosed bridge option. The open bridge has the same layout but includes the aft deck station and seating.

I always said why would anyone want a enclosed bridge Well things change and so do opinions.
I think I could get use to it real FAST!

With a clean bottom and light on fuel, we cruise 22.5kts @ 1950, 26kts WOT. Drop her down to 1700 and she runs around 18kts burning just over 50gph

I have the 1080hp 12V92TAB's in mine. 125gph WOT. The 16V92TA's run about 3 kts faster burning 175gph WOT.

That is about $700/hour. I think I want a job with that guy. Clearly he knows how to spend money.

Of course, if you think of it as a four-bedroom three-bath house that you can move anywhere in the world, more or less, it starts to look a lot more reasonable....

Spoke to a capt who ran a new 60GT. Only 100gph @30kts turning 1600rpm. WOT was over 42kts burning over 200gph
