I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to achieve, but here's how my wiring is set up:
I don't have a diagram handy (may be one on the boat, but I'm not sure), but if you're asking how the foot switches connect to the windlass, it's fairly straightforward.
The windlass motor has 2 lugs. The motor runs forward or reverse, depending upon which lug receives the juice. A heavy guage red wire runs from each of the 2 solenoids to each of the 2 lugs. The heavy guage yellow wire runs to a ground. I believe mine used a motor mounting bolt to attach the ground.
On mine, each foot switch has a hot feed on the "in" side, and a wire to the small terminal of its dedicated solenoid on the "out" side. Each solenoid has a hot heavy guage wire on the heavy terminal line side, and another heavy guage wire from the solenoid to one of the two studs on the windlass motor.
In this way, one foot switch activates one solenoid, powering the motor in one direction, and the other foot switch activates the other solenoid, powering the motor in the other direction.
On mine, I'm adding 2 more solenoids, and a radio control unit, so I can operate the windlass remotely if I want.
