Somehow, before my ownership water got into the 'gear housing' and froze splitting the bottom plate from the side. I'll try sending a picture later. My very experienced surveyor hadn't seen anything like this before.. If interest, I have lots of Galley Maid windless piece parts that all see OK except for that housing..
