Fuel tank limits

Have the classic motor yacht fuel tanks "235. 315" does anyone have an idea of how far you can drain one before the pick ups loose fuel.trying to figure what distance I got. I do .6 gallons a statue mile. Afraid to push it enough to find out.

I go no lower than 10% (rated capacity) on the waterway or 15% outside. But, I've got very clean tanks. You'd be wise to keep a sharp lookout on your sediment bowls to help establish the figure you're looking for because you'll pick up trash before you ever get air. Dirty tanks might mean you can get as far as the end of the dock. You can't have too many replacement filters onboard.
