I’m have trouble removing injector from a 12 kw northern lights generator. I took off fuel lines And screwed top off. Springs and parts. I can’t seem to get main body out. Not sure if it need a special wrench or do the bolts just below the injector need to be removed.

Can you post a pic? It sounds like you are taking the injector apart instead of out.

Yikes !!! Yes I believe I took it apart. 7/8 Wrench or socket does not fit down over the nut that well. the head bolt is in the way. Thinking I need to bring whole injector assembly to injector shop.

Yes, you took it apart.

You still have to get it out, and if you try to do it with the injector disassembled you're probably going to to booger up the nozzle nut. You will need to re-install the upper part of the body, I would suggest minus the internals to support it while you get a wrench or socket on it.

Some modification of the tool might be required to get past that head bolt, so a visit to Harbor Fright might be in order.
