Fresh Water Expansion tank

My expansion tank is making the pump cycle too often
Do l increase or lower the tank pressure

Are you sure your expansion tank is still intact?
Turn the pump off, release all water pressure. Measure the expansion tank pressure.
It should read 5psi less than your pump cut-off pressure.
If you read nothing, the internal bladder is probably ruptured.
