no, we want to cruise alot more, besides waterfront marina has gotten real expensive; dockage at 200/foot + electric + end of season$$$$$$+$$$$$ and she wonders why marina is less full each year, on top of above my car was booted last summer for having no window sticker- nice way to treat a 12 year customer- $200 fine-who at the end of each season$$$$$$+$$$$$ above prompted to seek a boat that requires no home, but we will miss our hatt as it truly was a pleasure to own!

Yep, I hear ya...nice place to visit, but can't see staying there.

Jeff .... your 53 is a gorgeous boat .... I'm the 45C that was in Marine Park (town dock) last year. Sag is good for me, because I'm a resident. Nancy doesn't make these decisions, it's the marina owner (and we know who that is). Sorry to hear of your departure. Are Malloy East or West (under the bridge) any cheaper ? Realistically, if you like Sag, you should go for a town slip as a non-resident, especially if you can get under the bridge, and for half the price, all that you are giving up is cable TV and $5,000 rents a poopload of DVDs.

Bottom line ... If you are remotely thinking of buying a 53 ... take a look at this boat !!
