Ethanol In Fuel, Florida

I Emailed phillips petrolium regarding this subject and received the following response

Florida is not a Reformulated Gasoline Required State. However, with the new emphasis on renewable fuels via the Energy Policy Act there may be some discretionary blending going on in Florida. Florida requires the marketer to post "Contains Ethanol" if the gasoline contains more than one volume percent ethanol.
