Documentation Renewal Fee!

From another forum I frequent I pass along info to be alert to offers for documentation services that may appear to be the standard renewal service for a $70 fee, or anything more than $26 annually.

One example of such an offering is https://usvesseldocumentation.center/. Note the disclaimer further down on the web page: VESSEL DOCUMENTATION ONLINE, LLC IS A PRIVATE FEE FOR SERVICE AGENCY, NOT THE U.S. COAST GUARD.

I got the same scam and mine is due in Jan. Seems like a good business model; maybe I'll copy it.

Scam, send it to the fraud department they won’t help you either. To small.

It's so easy to just send in your annual renewal form with a small check that I would never consider using
one of these "scam" artists.
