The difficulty is controlling the boat sideways in the breeze until you can set the crossed stern lines while keeping the bow lined up and stop it from drifting to one side. A buoy gives you a little more control but it's worst when using an anchor because of the length of the rode. It takes very little for the bow to fall off, as in the video.

I wouldn't want to dock next to these guys even though they seem to have it down. 25.68 sec to dock and secure the boat.
