DIY 32v 280 Ah LiPo4 battery

Not that I would do this, but some of you are crafty enough. Ran across this on you tube. The builder is using 3.6v cells (2.9 when they arrived), but they are readily available in 3.2v (3.5 when fully charged). My new 32v 340Ah array is 35v when fully charged.

I had a thread on this a while back. The general consensus was that it would require significant work on the alternator voltage regulator. If we were 12 or 24v no problem just buy a new regulator. The problem with 32 is there didn't seem to be any regulators available. There was also concern over the high amp draw of the huge starters we have.
