Detroit 892TA Preventive Maintenance

I have 892TA's in my 1990m54 ED. Used in the Northeast
I have been doing all of the basic maintenance:
Oil change in the fall
Fuel Filters in the fall
Impellers every third season
Zincs
Diesel treatment every fill up and treat for winter layup as prescribed
Draw engine samples every year for the last 5 year. All elements are within range

What else should I be doing and / or looking at in routine / preventive maintenance. Port engine has 2250 hours and the starboard 700+ since overhaul. I always start with pre heat engine block heaters and there is no smoke. One crank on both engines to start. Minimal oil usage.
We cruise at no more than 1850. Do 60-80 hours per season

Do you service the heat exchangers as well?

I change impellers yearly and do cooling system raw side acid flush.

To your list I'd add...

coolant test (add additive if necessary)

Gearbox oil change (once a year)

Air filter inspection/clean

Yes I flushed the Heat Exchanger a couple of years ago. Engines run at 172 consistently. 178-180 at WOT
