You might also look at a Raritan Atlantes. Sky has 3 of them, and I just installed a new one in our Hat. My wife loves it, (nuff said eh?). I selected that because I don't have room for the vacuum tank and pump. The Atlantes turns out to be a nicer setup than the vacu-flush IMHO and is easier to install.

They Headhunter and Atlantes both look great, but a requirement for me is to maximize holding tank space (to minimize pumpouts - which is why I was looking at composting and incinerating). I know the Vacuflush uses a minimum of water and people seem happy with them - so they seem like a good choice.

The boat show is coming up - so I will see if one of the dealers will let me install it myself and then come inspect it to activate the warranty.

Take care - Murray

Murray, I was at The Seattle Boat Show yesterday. A guy there had a booth set up with a composting toilet (thankfully there were no live demonstrations) and I remembered this thread and that you also live in Vancouver , so I picked up one of his brochures with a reveiw from Wooden Boat Magazine. The brand is Air Head, PM me and I can fax or scan it for you if you havn"t already seen it.
