I think I have tried everything to get the scum from the salt water that sits in the bowl for flushing. Anybody know of a product or a method to make them look like the ones at home? Mine are Galley Maid.

Bar Keepers Friend and leave overnight.

if they are the same material as house toilets,(china. porceline) you can use pumice stone. available at lowes or home depot

white vinegar

A length of hose to convert them to fresh water flush.

Put a few tablespoons of Digestor in water and let set overnight. It should clean it up. Pumice stone will also do the trick but will not help with the smell.

Pumice stone.

This morning I bought "cleaning" vinegar at the Dollar Store.
I cleaned the bowl with a toilet brush, flushed and tried to get as much salt water out of the bowl as I could. I put the vinegar in until it was above the stain. My 5pm, I used the toilet brush and the stain was gone. Same in the V-berth toilet. For me, white or "cleaning" vinegar is the answer. Thanks for everyone's help.

You are welcome! Its so cheap and does so much, I also use it to clean off rust stains.
